1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of AT BELL, including its mobile applications, website and related school meal services. By registering, placing an order, purchasing a plan or otherwise using AT BELL, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The AT BELL service
AT BELL provides a digital school-canteen experience that can connect parents, students and authorized staff with participating schools/canteens for meal selection, ordering, payment, pickup, classroom delivery and subscription scheduling. Available features, menus, schools and fulfillment methods may vary.
3. Eligibility and minors
Users must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. A minor must have permission and appropriate supervision from a parent or legal guardian. A parent/guardian who creates or manages a child profile is responsible for the information, orders and settings associated with that profile.
4. Accounts and account security
- Registration information must be accurate, current and complete.
- You are responsible for protecting your password, verification method and device access.
- You are responsible for activity and orders made through your account unless prohibited by law.
- Do not impersonate another person, create unauthorized profiles or use another person’s payment method without permission.
- Contact AT BELL promptly if you believe your account or password has been compromised.
5. Menus, nutrition, allergies and preferences
Participating schools/canteens may provide meal descriptions, ingredients, nutrition information and availability. AT BELL may display allergy or preference information to help users make choices, but users remain responsible for reviewing meal details and deciding whether a meal is suitable.
6. Placing and confirming orders
Review all information before submitting an order, including the selected child/student, school, meal, quantity, date, pickup/delivery method and price. An order is treated as received when AT BELL displays or sends an order confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order containing incorrect, incomplete, fraudulent or unavailable information.
7. Subscriptions and meal plans
AT BELL may offer weekly, monthly or other meal plans. The plan screen or checkout will show the applicable price, included meals, schedule, remaining entitlements and other plan-specific terms. Plan availability and features may differ by school.
If a plan renews automatically, the renewal frequency, price and cancellation method should be presented before purchase and will also be subject to any applicable Apple App Store, Google Play or payment-provider terms.
8. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the app or website before checkout and may include applicable fees or taxes where relevant. Available payment methods may change. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay the amount shown for the order or plan.
9. Order changes and cancellations
Order modification or cancellation is subject to the cutoff time and rules shown in AT BELL for the applicable meal, school or plan. Once preparation has started or the applicable cutoff has passed, changes or cancellations may not be available. Where appropriate, AT BELL may offer rescheduling, account credit or another resolution instead of cancellation.
10. Pickup and delivery
Orders may be collected from the canteen or delivered to a classroom depending on the participating school. You are responsible for providing accurate school, student/class and other fulfillment information. We aim to meet the displayed schedule, but timing can be affected by school operations and circumstances outside reasonable control.
11. Refunds and order problems
If an order is not received, the wrong order is supplied, or part of an order is missing, contact AT BELL Support with the order details. Depending on the verified issue, AT BELL may issue a full or partial refund, credit or other appropriate remedy.
Refund timing can depend on the payment method, bank, app store or payment provider.
12. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You must not misuse AT BELL. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful or fraudulent activity, impersonation, unauthorized access attempts, interference with the service, uploading malicious code, harassment or threats, infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights, and using AT BELL for unauthorized commercial activity.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect AT BELL, users, schools, service providers or legal rights.
13. Intellectual property
AT BELL branding, logos, software, interface designs, text, images, graphics, audio/video and other service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may be owned by AT BELL or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, republish, distribute, scrape or commercially exploit protected content without authorization.
14. Service availability and changes
AT BELL may update, change, suspend or discontinue features, menus or services, including for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
15. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AT BELL is provided on an “as available” basis. AT BELL does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components. To the extent permitted by law, AT BELL and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
16. Privacy
Use of personal information is described in the AT BELL Privacy Policy. If you create profiles for children or students, you are responsible for providing their information only where you are authorized to do so.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or other applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or AT BELL are subject to the competent courts of Kuwait.
