5. Children and student data
AT BELL is designed for school meal use and may therefore process information relating to children or students. Parent/guardian accounts may create and manage child profiles. Where a minor uses AT BELL directly, the use of the service should be authorized and supervised by a parent, guardian or other person legally permitted to provide that authorization.
Child/student information should only be provided where it is relevant to the meal-ordering service. Parents and guardians should keep profile information accurate and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
7. Payments
AT BELL may use payment gateways or other payment service providers. Payment processing can involve information that is handled directly by those providers. The exact information collected and retained depends on the payment method and provider used for your transaction.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards intended to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should also protect passwords, devices and account access.
9. International processing and transfers
Information may be stored, processed or transferred in countries other than the country where you use AT BELL, including where our service providers operate. When information is transferred, we take steps intended to handle it in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
10. Retention and deletion
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide AT BELL, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax, accounting or regulatory requirements.
When an eligible account deletion request is completed, the account and associated personal data are deleted or de-identified, except information that AT BELL is required or permitted to retain for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction or regulatory reasons.
11. Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law and account controls, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, update profile details, or opt out of optional marketing communications. We may need to verify your identity or relationship to a child/student profile before completing certain requests.
12. Third-party links and services
AT BELL may contain links to third-party services or rely on third-party providers. AT BELL is not responsible for third-party privacy practices, and use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
